For adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, faith questions, or the impact of past trauma. Together, we’ll gently explore your story, build insight, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded and present in your life.

Couples & Family Counseling
For couples and families navigating conflict, infidelity, blended family dynamics, or parenting challenges (including special needs). Using approaches like Gottman and Couples Communication, we’ll work toward healing, deeper connection, and healthier communication.
$160 per session

Premarital and Postmarital Counseling
Using tools like Prepare-Enrich, I help couples prepare for marriage or rebuild after difficult seasons. We’ll explore strengths, growth areas, and practical ways to nurture a strong, Christ-centered relationship.
$750 for a six-session bundle

Billing is managed through Headway, which helps verify benefits and process claims on your behalf.
