    Couples & Family Counseling

    For couples and families navigating conflict, infidelity, blended family dynamics, or parenting challenges (including special needs). Using approaches like Gottman and Couples Communication, we’ll work toward healing, deeper connection, and healthier communication.

    Premarital Counseling

    Using tools like Prepare-Enrich, I help couples prepare for marriage. We’ll explore strengths, growth areas, and practical ways to nurture a strong, Christ-centered relationship.

Counseling Intensives

I offer intensives for marital counseling, family counseling, In Vivo ERP (onsite exposures for OCD/panic) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). Pricing varies on type of service & time. Please contact me for more information.

  • Individual sessions: $140

  • Couple/Family sessions: $160 (Insurance not accepted for couples or family sessions)

  • Premarital Counseling six-session bundle with report: $750

  • In-network with Aetna, Oscar, Optum, United, UMR, HealthFirst, Cigna, and BCBS (coming soon).

  • Billing is managed through Headway, which helps verify benefits and process claims on your behalf.

  • If you’d like to use your insurance, we’ll confirm your benefits before starting so you have a clear picture of your costs.
